THE BRIEF-Over the next three days i want you to explore the environment, by this i mean i want you to seek out opportunities that exist elsewhere. I want you to explore the potential that is offered around you. What opportunities could a mangled street fence offer? An oil stain on the road? An over flowing litter bin? What message might you attach to such an image? Could it sell a product? Could it raise an important issue? Could it make us laugh? Could it make us want to scream...... I wish i had thought of that!
here is what i came up with, with a brief explanation of the idea...

Confused.com - quite self-explanatory. Both lights

Challenge everything- Broken no entry sign

Home office- ASBO. Drinking in graveyard is not appropriate, relates to underage drinking.

Life Insurance- relating to the broken tree 'if your life was suddenly cut short'

My hammer- I was thinking you can imagine the frustration prior to the smashing of the tv.. Trying to fix it yourself.. failing.. throwing it out of the window!

Halfords- self- explanatory. bike repairs

Wolfrace- Wheels for eyes on smiley face. Customer Satisfaction

Shelter- Was thinking that all this furniture could of been donated to charity. The bed in the image represents this especially for homelessness.

Hygiene Agency- Because a toilet/bathroom is associated with good hygiene.

Kwikfit- self- explanatory. we do the hard work...

The British Legion- thought this cone could represent an injured soldier, with the white as bandages and the rough look.

Manchester student homes- Was thinking that if you don't act quick enough or don't go to manchester student homes for advice on properties you could end up in a 'bin'. 'This place is a dump!'

Genes reunited- Saw this overgrown grave stone and wondered about the history. Who could this be?

BBC Radio 2- This one was tricky because i wasn't trying to suggest that radio 2 talks rubbish, i just thought of a chatty radio station and thought of all the disagreements and public debates that go on within. Reverse psychology.
